racing!!!

or not! I didn't race, but I spent my weekend helping out with the cycling club's home race. It was a lot of fun, I saw races up front at the finish line, which was cool. I had the responsibility of taping the finishes and playing it back so the officials could get the ordering right, which they liked and we had results posted after each race :)

Besides that, I have lots of homework to do. I talked to my history professor this morning after class, and I pretty much have my paper done, except I need to put my thesis somewhere in there, and defend/argue it, and I tend to be pretty good at defending and arguing what I think, at least in conversations, we'll see about a paper.

Two more weeks of school, then about 5 days of finals (counting the wonderful weekend I get to study) and I should be done with school.. and while I should be graduating, that wouldn't be happening till May 2005, since I have a bunch of other classes to take to finish my major, ironically I've finished the classes for a finance major, and I'm one class short of a computer science minor, but about 4 classes short of my actuarial science degree.

I haven't really done much with myself and just doing sport stuff, so I'm hoping I can start back that up this summer... I think I'll try going to the track clinic that Major Taylor Velodrome is putting on. Should hopefully be fun, then again there is a bunch of track cycling that goes on back home in Trinidad, not to mention we have our own velodrome :)
